Hello, Because of death events taking place in world. I have started thinking that what's the use of life one day we all have to ultimately die and I am suffering from pain and fear of loosing my dear ones. Because God doesn't give us guarantee to provide same family. All these thoughts have messed up my mind and I am not able to focus on my work. Because of pain of losing dear ones I am somewhere loosing faith in God that how can he give such pain to his children. Please help me how to overcome from this mess because its internally disturbing me a lot.

Mom, I feel that you are spiritual one which gives you the tears & pains. It is true that birth is nothing but the indication of defined death for maintaining the equilibrium of environmental physical existence whereas the soul remain same which enter into new body on death. Hello Lybrate user, lybrate-user "Life"& "Death" both exist because of each other. One does not exist without the other. Because it is the universal truth. But yes, you might have seen death more than life yet that does in no way conclude that you lose faith in nature. And death is just physcial. The spirit (soul) stays. There is a reason behind everything that happens around us. At that moment we might get shocked, so we are unable to get the reason. Of everything else, nature has the most logic to everything that happens within. So if you live, it's for a reason, live to find that and you must respect that reason. And just as there is a reasonbehind death too. You might not understand that now, but if you keep living you will eventually find the answer. Life is very precious and we have some very special job roll for every individuals. Try to find out what is your responsibility towards your life and you will definitely find it. But it will not do any good if you choose to go against the reason of your existence. And it is good to go through such phases in life, because basically you are an emotional person, so life is making you stronger. Try and start meditation. Meditation means to understand about yourself with some positive thoughts. It may not be an instant formula that fixes things but it will work. Have a good life ahead.
