Hello there. I am 25 years old. 5 ft 7 inch in height. My weight is 60 kg. I want to gain weight. I eat almost everything. I am non veg and eat it almost 5 days a week. I was trying the PROTINEX powder but did noy work. Please suggest me a diet. Thank you.

Your BMI is 20.8.. which means you are in normal category. You are not underweight. There is no need to take any supplements... Just eat healthy. Aim for fitness... aim for strength... dont aim for bulky body... It does not matter. 1. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. 2. Take sprouts daily. 3. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. 10. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.
