Dear lybrateuser, -You can eat 1-2 eggs/day if you don't have any cholesterol problem & are exercising regularly -breakfast is a good time to have it along with a slice or two of whole wheat bread as the bread provides the instant energy to boost & jump start your metabolism & the egg/s which are rich in proteins keep you full & off snacks during the day -boiled eggs have lesser calories than eggs made by other methods.
