You need to have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals. The foods should be low in volume but high in nutrient & calorie density (concentrated). Include foods like paneer paratha, til ladoo, peanut chikki, rice with ghee, thick atta-maida rotis with ghee, soyabean cutlet, almond/banana milkshake, lassi, cheese-potato sandwich, atta halwa, thick creamy soups, malt with cow/buffalo milk & sugar, premix with milk/ soup/ fruit juice, sugarcane juice, fresh fruit juice, dry fruits (raisins/figs/plums/apricots).
