Kindly take dashmoola katutryam kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of warm water before meals, twice a day. Take A flu o cil tabs, 2 tabs twice a day after meals with luke warm water. Take sitopladi choorna, 1 tsf in a cup of tea or warm water coffee, 1 hr after meals. Avoid cold water, curd, fried food, bakery products in your diet. Take daliya, khichdi, moong daal soup in your diet regularly for a week or two. Avoid physical or mental exertion and make sure you sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. Continue the regime for 21 days. Good luck
