Hello User, For people who do night shifts it is important to follow following tips, 1. Make sure that you sleep at a fixed time in day probably after having morning breakfast /after having afternoon lunch. Undisturbed Sleep for at least 7 hours is must to relax the body. Try to follow this atleast for 6 days/ week. 2. Avoid tea and coffee as they cause lot of acidity. Have light amount of vegetarian food and reduce the quantity of nonveg food intake. 3. Exercise in the evening after a proper sleep at least for 45 minutes. 4. Make sure you manage your calorie intake as night shift tend to increase the weight of body and drain the energy. 5. Have atleast 2 small meals throughout the night. Don't over eat at late night. Add fruit to your daily diet. 6. Acidity and gas problem increases due to night shifts so do not eat oily, spicy and salty food. DO not consume fst food or outside food at night as they cause the acidity and gas. Do not drink carbonated drink, alcohol at night as it drains energy out of body. 7. If you work in AC environment make sure you consume warm water at night 2 times at least.
