I am actually not so strong as I don't get proper food since I am outside from home (in the government hostel) from 6th class till today as a second year engineering student so my parents always say me that you are not eating properly. But I think that I am not getting proper food so I don't have the mental strength that my age should have. Please suggest me proper idea about my problem and what are the possible reason and what way I can handle it like by eating fruits and many more. Please sir/madam tell me proper idea about this issue.

I suggest you following measure toovercome this problem 1.Don't take stress and startremaining happy all the time you should devlop feelings that you are not ill because you are not ill. 2. Go for Morning walk daily. 3. Take 2 glass of luke warm water before going for walk daily. 4. Do Mild excercise with meditation for 30 minutes daily. 5. Take sprout in your breakfast daily oats one fruit like apple milk 200mi daily. 6.Avoid oily spicy junk food and processed food totally 7. Avoid dairy product except curd 8. Take plenty of green vegetables ,salad including cucumber ,carrot, boiled brokly, and fruits. 9 high protein diet like soyabeen products 10 whole wheat i.e. Wheat flour mixed eith Bran (Chokar) 11. Take plenty of water. Whole day 12. Follow thumb rule of early rise and early sleep. 13. Go for sleep after 1 hour of lunch. 14. Avoid excess of tea and coffe 15.
