What is the best time to have Breakfast and what to have? I am a college student. My class starts at 9.can you suggest a routine for exercise and breakfast. I always skip one.

Best time to have your breakfast is between 8-9 am. You can't be skipping your breakfast as this will become the 1st major meal of the day replenishing all the vital nutrients through out the body especially the brain which functions best on having it. A good balance of proteins, carbs, micronutrients should be made. Buckwheat sandwiches, beet root kulchas, stuffed veg and paneer paranthas, egg sandwiches, Apple cucumber smoothies, alfalfa sprouted sandwiches
