I have vertigo since 2014. Since that year after that first attack, I had another attack in July but after 3 days it was gone. Last August 9 I had another vertigo attack and for 2-3 days I couldn't move. After that I felt better. I am able to move around but I feel not normal as before. Actually the vertigo didn't really leave me. I have moves that will just let me feel turning around. I also can't sleep lying down flat in bed. What should I do. I want to totally be cured and let this vertigo totally leave me.

Dizziness or giddiness or Vertigo…. Is usually due to ear labyrinthine problem. Anti vertigo tabs and vitamin B 12 can help you. You require to go for Ear examination. Pure tone and Impedence audiometry, may require CT scan and stepping test (cranio corpography) to come to proper diagnosis. Or come to me personally.
