Do walk and yoga regularly. Avoid fried foods and junk foods . Avoid potatoes , sugar , white rice, white bread , extra salt, excess oil . Take high fiber diet . Take tulsi drop after meals. Take aloe Vera juice with luke warm water . please contact your near by dietitian .

Hi lybrate-user, take small &frequent meal. Include more & more green leafy vegetables & fruits. (approx 4-5 meals of fruits & veg in a day). Avoid outside foods/fried/ deep fried foods & red meat. Avoid simple sugar & simple carbs. Don't forget to drink sufficient water 10-12 glasses /day. Do regular workout exercise, yoga, swimming, running, joggingv wherever is possible atleast for 40-50 minutes daily. Take 6 hrs sleep.
