Hello, My body type is ectomorph. I followed many blogs and videos every people are running behind mass gainers or protein shakes and amino acids supplements. My question is these are safe to use or they harm our body. If I want to go with these things is there any cycle to use this or any guidance?

Underconfident people around us make it worse by constant criticism. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Have lot of fruits and fruit juices. Take sprouts daily. Eat lot of nuts like almonds, cashew, peanuts. Drink full cream milk, curd, cheese, paneer. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken. Go in for more dals, rajma, kabuli chana. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid fried foods. Eat healthy No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.
