Hi I am suffering from skin problem, 3 years ago I had skin allergy problem but now it again took place but now I'm in new Zealand my home country is India so , the problem mainly occurs whenever I eat pork ,lamb etc and also dink alcohol n beer then after half n hour I start feeling tingling effect on my lips and on the head and on the body , red rashes n bumps took place which is making my life worst. Also want to know is there any effect if I take bath with warm and cold water because people say it's better to shower with cold water rather than hot is it true , I need a lot of help. I don't know this might be due to different food habits diet plan and environment effect , advice something that really work I'll be thankful to you.

Mr.Lybrate user,I understood ur suffering,It's Urticaria,Allergic Rash. There are many reasons like senstsensitivity towards certain Food items (T/t now what u r having),Weather changes,Stress,improper diet or sleep schedule Etc But as per ur observation,here the Food items u r taking are causing these rash,itching Etc. For this,I can get Good Homeopathic T/t to get relief without Side effects.but the thing is I need to observe by which by r getting more&how long it's there ,symptoms all clearly. As Homeo medicines basically depends on Symptoms. Regarding Water,It's not like that,warm water is better,or cold wAter only better,But try to observe which is giving relief (soothing)for it problem,at least While pouring water. Try to use like warm water (if u r ok in using warm),with a pinch of salt added. Take daily Honey +Lemon+Dry ginger powder or raw ginger (first water to be booked with that ginger&then add Honey required)...will help u to increase immunity levels.But that shouldn't be taken with empty stomach. **Regarding medicines,if I tell all it sufferings with proper symptomatic explanation,it other illness weather any present now r previously,we can give Homeo medicines,But meanwhile u try to avoid Alcohol, smoking gradually.Take plenty of Water,Practice Yoga,&Ramayana.

You need to be practical and know your own body. It's said one mans food is another mans poison. That because each person is unique. So if some thing does not suit you just avoid it! as much as possible try to eat natural food (avoid highly refined /junk / heavily fried food/and foods with preservatives in your daily diet. Have whole grains and unpolished pulses. Eat healthy and be healthy. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and also nuts which will give good nourishment and increase your immune system. Add to that 30- 40 mins of exercise daily. Avoid all kinds of stimulants - alcohol, tobacco etc because they are not essential for healthy living but may interfere with your health in the long run. The choice is always yours! choose health and fitness which requires lot self discipline but the benefits are also equally worthy. Regarding bathing cold water is more energising! but it's a choice. Those who dislike cold water bath can take warm water bath. Very hot water is not advisable.
