Rohan is a 3 months old baby. When I was holding him in front of cradle, he bent back and his head banged to the cradle, I'm worried will this cause a problem for him in future?

Head holding is not attained by an infant by three months. You should be careful next time while holding the child as the child has no head control and the head tends to fall backwards. I don't think the present occurrence would lead to any future complications but be careful from next time.
