For weight gain, kindly follow these tips: 1. Have small meals rich in nutrient & energy density but low in volume every 2-3 hrs. 2. Include foods like paneer paratha, cheese omlette, til ladoo, badam chikki, dates/mango/banana milkshake, sugarcane/bel juice, fish finger, chicken roll, thicker atta-maida rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, jam/jelly, atta halwa/sheers, fruit kheer, dry fruits 3. Include vegetables within dishes. Use potato, dry fruits in most items 4. Practice strength exercises like squats, bench press, push ups to increase muscle mass & appetite 5.
