Hi. I recently join Gym last month. I am 6'2 weight 81 kg. My muscles look lean. People suggest for some whey protein for increasing your muscles. Please suggest should I go for it if yes please suggest best protein supplement. As I am going home this Dec I want to look different.

All the best sportsmen like Sachin, Virat, Ronaldo, Federer are strong and fit without any bulging muscles. They all take diet which is based on natural foods and not supplements. All supplements contain a lot of known and unknown chemicals which can permanently harm your body. It is better to build your body through good exercise plus natural diet with natural proteins. This will build your strength without damaging you internally.
