Hi Dr, I have left shoulder pain while moving frontward and sideways for more than 8 months. I have been suggested for MRI and the result of MRI are 1. Avulsion of biceps tendon from side of attachment with empty biceptial groove. 2. Partial tear of supraspinatus tendon is seen. 3. Anteriosuperior rotator cuff tear with minimal joint effusion Is anything serious. I cannot do any normal activities it pains worse. What would be my treatment. Thanks.
