Dear lybrateuser, -The acidic foods that you should limit or avoid include, grains, sugar, dairy products like paneer, cheese, fish, processed foods, sweetened beverages, high protein foods & supplements, also limit nuts such as cashews, peanuts & walnuts, seeds such as pumpkin & sunflower seeds, salt, coffee.
