Please suggests me how to reduce arms and hips and chest. I am 23 years old i have 65 kg. And height 5.3 so please suggests me for above mentioned topic.

Reduce your weight by 10 kgs @ 5 kgs/month by eating right and exercises like walking, swimming, rowing, weights ,yoga, stretching and meditation. give up sugar and sweets and fats ,but do take more proteins and fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits and one meal a day during evenings-daal roti,chaawal. drink lots of water. take lemon juice with honey on empty stomach-it does burn fats and sugars. do get back here after a month.
