Change food habites. Avoid oily, ghee, prepretions, fast, spacy, junck, foods, overeating. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales, salad, do arobic excersices, yoga, tadasan, pachimotanasan, mayurasan (learn from guru than doit) fast walking will helps.
