try increasing your weight & improve your immunity via diet & exercise instead of supplements. 1. have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval 2. have foods rich in nutrient & energy density-milkshake, fruit juce, paneer, cheese, sugarcane juice, egg, fish, chicken, premix, malt, nuts, oilseeds, thicker rotis/ rice with ghee, jam/ jelly, peanut butter, potato im dishes 3 drink plenty of water 4. practice strength exercises like squats & bench press daily 5. avoid skipping meals

Hi lybrate-user, yes according to your height you are underweight. You should take high calorie high protein diet. Try to take natural sources of protein like milk & milk products (milk, curd/ paneer/ butter milk), dal/ sprouts/ roasted chana/ besan/ sattu) if you are non-vegetarian you can tale egg/ chicken/ fish etc. Try to include all the food groups in your daily meal ie; milk & milk products, pulses, cereals (rice & wheat products), green leafy veegtables & fruits & oil & nuts. Do not forget to take sufficient water (2-3 liter/day) do regular walk/ exercise.
