Sir I have tooth problem so I have done 10 days before RTC . After RTC I have pain again and I decided that consult with other dentist . Yesterday dentist take a digital X rey . And tell me that RCT middle break in my tooth. And no chance to come out from tooth. Sir I want to ask that middle will do problem in future. Like cancer or other . Hi the main aim of rct is to remove all pulp and fill the vacant space left in canals by root canal filling material and to seal the apex (the end of root canal). So even if there is a broken instrument in the canal, if the apex of that canal is sealed by bypassing the canal, there is no chance of pain or inflammation. But if the canal is left untreated because apex is not reachable due to blockage by broken file, then the vacant space left is a source of bacterial infection and can cause trouble in the future. The tooth has to be kept in observation. It may not lead to cancer but in some cases, open apex can lead to cyst formation. In that case, the root is sectioned and filling done from apex side to seal it. This procedure is called apicoectomy. Or last resort, tooth is removed.
