Hello Doc. I Am 18 years old my question is that I drank a mug of dark black coffee without sugars 3 times a day for a long time of 1.5 months like. So my doubt is does it will harm my body in any of the ways.

For caffeine to have side effects, you need to have atleast 8 to 10 mugs of pure coffee in concentrated form. if you are using nescafe then its a mixed roast. and even in mixed roast you need to exceed 10 cups for the side effects to kick in. if you are usuing the coffee as a preor post workout stimulant , i would suggest for green tea. more positive effects

Hello! as coffee contain a lot of caffeine n tannin, these can cause low iron absorption, high hcl formation in gi tract, restlessness, insomnia etc. For the use of antioxidant property you can drink 1 cup black coffee a day.
