I am 44 old male and use to exercise 10 o'clock at evening, is it good for my health? If yes ,what is the list of food before and after the workout.

Hello. Work outs in the early hours of the day between 6am and 7 am are beneficial. you can have your regular nutritious food if you are not a body builder. preferably workout on empty stomach and have food after 40 mins after excercises.

Before exercise you will take less calorie food. Nd after exercise you will take high protein food.
