Remember: at your age erection should come by itself, unless you have some medical problem. You should not take any drug at this juncture. If you have full desire and do sufficient fore play then erection will be good and full. Keep away negative thoughts. They interfere in erection. Massage parlour is good for massage but not good for sex. I believe you are wearing underwear round the clock. It is not right. This could be one reason for fall of sperm counts. Do not wear underwear at night and on holidays. Take bath with cold water and your trousers should be loose to wear around hip and scrotum area. Also when ever you go to have sperm check then prior to it, at least 3-4 days of absence from sex or masturbation is mandatory. About good diet - fresh fruits and fresh vegetables with one hour of brisk walk in morning is mandatory. Do these and slowly sperm count to some extend may be better.
