He fainted , took MRI scan it's normal , doctor taking cardio and neuro scan , seems low BP but not sure ,

May be sudden cerebral ischaemia due to vertebro basilar insufficiency which may be demonstrated in a carotid angiogram. Wait for reports. Then something may be possible to comment upon.
