I heard about flax seeds which will reduce weight it seems , is it so ?is it good for health ? How it can be consumed please advice as I wanted to reduce my weight.

Ground flaxseeds can be added in the batter for making rotis, cookies, cakes, breads, pancakes, etc. - You can use them for making granola bars, add them to cereal, oats, porridge, salads, soups, and muesli. Mix them in shakes, smoothies, dips, accompaniments, soups and stews You can even have them with yoghurt
