Hi ajay. You should not aim to lose so much weight in such a less time because you not gain it in this time. You should always lose in a healthy way not crash diet or anything,that can lead to many further problems in body. Start exercising for 1.5-2 hours daily eg jogging/skipping/brisk walking (mainly cardio workout) also you have to eat healthy. Reduce you fried and junk food and decrease the intake of carbohydrates in diet( roti/chawal) and increase water intake. You will start losing fast. take care

Anyone who guarantees you with weight loss of 15 kgs in mere period of 1 month consider it to be fake. The ones who does this would only put you on crash diets and make your health status worse. Weight loss should not ever lend you up in deficiencies or make you feel tired, giddy and loose your immunity. Here are few suggestions to help you loose weight. 1. Eat at frequent intervals-every 3 hrs. 2. Nourish your body with good food- avoid junk, sugary and fried stuff. 3. Sleep well- 7-8 hrs 4. Drink lot of water to keep you hydrated. 5. Move more- exercise for 30 mins atleast 4-5 days a week.
