I am 39 years old as I am jst a start of diabetic & BP but I am on control without any medicine as I jst want to ask whether spinach is good for me as I have BP problem.

Yes it is good for you Please Wake up early go for morning walk daily Do pranayam and yoga daily Avoid sugars only In fact you can take.... All vegetables regularly Take all fruits in small quantities regularly as vitamins minerals and fibres in them are good for health EXERCISES, WALK, PRANAYAM AND YOGA DAILY .... WILL KEEP YOU HEALTHY
