Hi lybrate-user, if you are 4.7 feet and 57 kgs, you are already overweight. Do you mean to say you want to get fitter because prolonged period can make you anaemic and weak. Pl try and eat balanced food with plenty of veggies, fruits, sprouts, milk, egg and nuts. Eat periodically, instead of large meals, do some regular exercise like yoga / pilates. Stop outside food and carry home made food in your tiffins, drink plenty of water.
