When I try to swallow food or drink fluid after it passes a 'place' in tongue I feel pain in my ears. What should I do.

It is due to infection of throat and ear. Ear has a opening in throat so any infection in throat or mouth may radiate to ear. It may occur due to ulcer, pharyngitis, tooth infection, tonsilitis etc. Gargle with luke warm water or with betadine gargle. Consult ent to rule out the cause.
