I am feeling severe pain with my wisdom tooth. I met a doctor, he said surgery should be done & it is complicated as the nerve related to my lower lip is in contact to my root canal.

Don't worry every wisdom tooth is difficult only. There is no need to worry and a nerve passes below root of 3rd molar. There are oral surgeons to remove it without any complications. This very simple treatment but for hearing it will afraid.
