Hi Firstly thank God for life and that all your hands and legs and senses are intact. If we seek improvements, first we have to start with gratitude for everything we have. There are so many people in this world who are not as blessed as you are. Firstly weight and bulk is not important. You can be thin, yet be very fit, active, energetic, smiling and confident. So start doing what is in your hands. Start smiling and act confident and positive. Next improve your diet to include gradually more of milk, cheese, butter, lassi and paneer. Also add more nuts like peanuts, walnuts, almonds etc. At least 50 grams every day. Eat more proteins like Veg - Rajma, Kabuli Chana, other dals Non Veg - Eggs, Chicken etc. Exercise regularly. Go to gym or do yoga or do running. Whatever you can afford and have time for. Eat small meals. Don't eat fried stuff. . Don't eat junk food. Eat more fruits and have fruit juices.
