When it become big, the skin become thicker and tighter and painful. After that the skin bulging. So I consulted doctor. He said it may be allergy problem, due to more whiteness of your wife. He given some medicine. After one month and after having sex, I faced same problem. My wife consulted with Doctor who told it may copper t allergy. But, there is no problem to my wife.
