Ideally it should be 32.5" 5 Kg loss can be achieved in about 5-6 months in your case. Because you are already fit and your weight is not too much in excess. Aim to do more Aerobics and Cardio like Running/Skipping/Cycling. Look for intensive aerobic workouts in Youtube. Your target heart rate should be 140 pulse for at least 50% of your exercise duration. Try to exercise twice a day. 60 mins in morning and 30 mins in evening. Take one day break every week.
