I am very slim and I eat too much food daily but also I am slim .I want to make a healthy person please tell me. What I do?

Maybe your natural structure is slim. But you can try. Ashvagandha kshirpak with sunthi churna and cow ghee twice a day. Use more pulses like udad. Do pranayam and suryanamaskar twice a day. Don't take junk food, oily, spicy food.
