What are you doing dear. Completely stop all junk foods like chips chowmine pizza burger cold drink and chocklet sugary items, do excercise possible to join gym. If not starts running at morning daily at least 5 km daily. Medicine is not the soluion in all type of obesity.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes. Go for swimming, gardening, jogging, skipping. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take small and frequent meals.
