Am going to gym .what are the important protein rich food other than milk, egg and meat .is chocolates recommended ? Name some protein rich items ?

Soya chunks, paneer, brocolli, cabbage, cauliflower, millets like ragi, foxtail, quinoa are good sources of protein. You can also try some organic protein powders that are available in the market, ensure the protein powder is from a trust worthy company. Butter milk and curds are also good sources of protein. Brown rice is a good source of complex carbs and protein too. Chocolates are not a protein source. Chocolates are good if it is bitter chocolate and does not have sugar added to it.
