Do walk nearly 4 km within 45 min, avoid deep fried roasted food, go veg, then you will loos your weight all the best.

Since you are very young so it will not be very difficult for you to burn your belly fat from your stomach you have to do sit ups at home you can also walk 90 minutes a day apart from that make sure you are not drinking water right after your meals give a gap of 90 minutes. Kapal bhati if done regularly will alone help you in losing your belly fat in just 45 to 60 days but for better health you can continue kapal bhati regularly.
