My face sweats too much in sun and after work out. Ans I get pimples very often.

Avoid high glycemic food. Cut down the intake of junk good, white food and deep fried food. Avoid application of oily products and prefer water based creams. Avoid steroid creams like betnovate. Drink lots of water everyday. Have vegetables and fresh fruits daily. Wash your face twice a day with gentle cleanser. Apply sunscreen with atleast 25 spf. Do not touch your skin or squeeze acne or pimple.

" dear user, keeping your face clean all the time is essential and so is consuming a lot of water, at least 3 litres everyday. To avoid pimples, you can prepare a face pack at home: add 2 spoons (tsp) of sandalwood powder, 1 spoon of multani mitti and a pinch each of turmeric powder and neem powder to rose water and add 3-4 drops of lemon juice. Allow the pack to dry and then wash is with plain water. If you are using a face wash use a mild one. Taking juicy fruits like apples and oranges and not drinking tea/coffee will help. Staying away completely from spicy or fried items and junk food is mandatory. Doing deep breathing exercise and pranayama for 15 minutes daily will also help.
