I am 70 yr old. I have been taking small dose of restyl 0.25 mg daily for the past 10 years with breaks after a months use. It clears my mind and make me relaxed as well as alert. Is it ok to continue this medicine as I have read that it is not good for long term use. I have no other health issues. please advise.
