I am 27 years old height 172 cm weight 57 I want to gain my weight to the 68 kg. I eat a lot but it doesn't matter for my body. I will take too much time gain a single kilograms of weight but if I doesn't take my diet properly my weight goes down rapidly. I want to gain my weight with vegetarian even I can eat egg. Suggest me.
