I started with the gym and my trainer is asking me to start the protein powder (isolated) for the betterment of body. But I am confused because many people says that this can cause problems in future. So is it good to use protein powder or not ?

Whey protein powder helps in muscle recovery after work out. It is not necessary to take an isolate, you can do a concentrate isolate as well. It has no side effects and it also helps in building up immunity. But one has to be careful with the dosage. So always take it with the consultation of a nutritionist.
