Choose monounsaturated fats, such as olive oil or canola oil. Polyunsaturated fats, found in certain fish, avocados, nuts and seeds, also are good choices for a heart-healthy diet. -Lean meat, poultry and fish, low-fat dairy products, and eggs are some of your best sources of protein. Lots of seasonal vegetables & fruits but according to constitution. Lots of simple proteins like toned milk & curds, minimal salt & sugar, eat regularly. No junk food or bad fats but do eat good fats like a spoon of pure ghee/ butter and a katori of assorted nuts every day. No smoking or exposure to pollution. Exercise to digest the food and to keep the heart in good shape.
