In order to gain weight you may try these tips: 1. Have small frequent meals instead of 3-4 large ones 2. Enjoy your food without any stress/ distractions- tv/ mobile/computer 3. Have foods high in nutrient & energy density-paneer, cheese, khoa, soyabean, egg, chicken, fatty fish, nuts, oilseeds, milkshake, fresh fruit juice, thick creamy soups, premix, malt 4. Include sugarcane juice, mango, banana, dates, jackfruit, dry fruits, thicker rotis & rice with ghee, peanut butter, potato, cow/buffalo milk & products. 5. Practice strength exercises to increase muscle mass & appetite 6. Drink 3 litres water daily
