Sir, I am hbv cirrhosis patient with liver parenchymal disease with portal hypertension but portal vein normal and small varies using tenofovir af 25 mg since 1 year. I have splenomegaly using cardivas my fibroscan results are 325 cap and 35 kpa do I need transplant or continue with medicines. If I go transplant will this all go away my age is 50 my son will give his part liver.
