My lover took sleeping pills from nearly 5 years, without any permission of doctor. But now he does not take it, but can't sleep at night. What can I do for him for bring sleep, without taking any medicine? He has also pain in back of his head, and it is internal pain. He is 33 year old, and doesn't eat properly, so he become very week. Please help us.Please tell.

You may give him as under: 3 spoons curd 1 tsp sugar 1 pinch black pepper powder 1pinch roasted sounf powder at night for three days. Let me know the results.

Hello taking sleeping pills for a long time often jeopardize brain cells as well as nerve cells. However the patient will be cured radically within a very short time. But I can't prescribe for him unless and until a thorough record of the case is taken. Don't worry everything will be done for a total cure of the case after the case taken. Thanks.
