My wife is very slim. Her food intake is very low and I forced her to take food but she's saying I am hungry and now she's very week can anyone suggest me the way make her eat more and make her fat and strong.

1. !5 mins light walk before meals to enhance appetite 2. Avoid drinking water with/ just before meal 3. Give foods low in volume but high in nutrient & calorie density. Ex: til chikki, peanut chikki, banana milkshake, sugarcane juice, soyabean cutlets, malt with cow/buffalo milk & sugar, premix, cheese-omlette, chicken roll, fatty fish curry, paneer stuffed paratha, cream of mushroom soup 4. Give her thicker rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, peanut butter, jam/jelly, vegetables in form of puree/chutney/ incorporated within the dishes, mango, dates, jackfruit 5. Reduce the total no of items instead give fuller meals with less items
