Hi I had acl surgery with bio screw hamstring and it's been 8 weeks now. I am not able to fully extend my knee difference of 10-15 degree lag I need to push against bed for 10-15 min then it happens when I wake up in the morning I struggle to stand properly again after doing push against bed it becomes normal and if I am sitting and bending for some time again it gets back to where I started and back flexion around 110 degree I can bend sitting, when will things get better please provide insight I do physio daily.
