No, just fruits are not enough. Breakfast is a very important meal of the day. You should have enough protein, complex carbs, good fats and fiber to have a great start for a day. Fruits give your sugars and some vitamins and minerals and fiber but not a great source of proteins and good fats. So, include some protein sources like eggs, fish, protein powder, paneer, soya, brown bread, etc.
