I want to increase my health. My health remains the same from the past 1.5 years.I am very lean. I used to eat fatty foods like ghee, milk etc .even after had 6-7 bananas in a day too taken for 20 days .the result remains the same. please help me to improve my health. And having supplements like whey protein helpful in mass gaining.

Your liver is not working normaly thats why you are not gaining weight after taking ghee end fatty foods. You take liv 52syrup 1spoon 30 minuties before lunch end dinner. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help you. Take 250gm papita after lunch end dinner for a month.

1) don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 2) eat more often. 3) drink milk. 4) try weight gainer shakes. 5) use bigger plates. 6) add cream to your coffee. 7) take creatine. 8) get quality sleep.
